This also provides select EV manufacturers a competitive advantage against manufacturers not favored by the government.

Enriching "Destination Marketing Organizations" by Channeling Millions of Taxpayer Funds to Select Companies Favored by Government for Wasteful Tourism Marketing.

This bill reinstates Mississippi's ballot initiative process, which was stripped in May 2021 following a grassroots medical marijuana campaign. The Senate version of the bill would have allowed a citizen-induced law change with 240,000 votes.
