Additionally, companies may not provide personal contact information of employees to a labor union without the employees' consent. Companies also may not require subcontractors to violate either of the requirements. If a company violates these provisions, any economic development incentives must be repaid. This bill expands the "Needs Based Financial Aid Program" "Completion Grant" by including students who have completed 70% of a four-year degree program (previously 80%) or 45% of a two-year degree program, while also increasing the maximum grant by $1,000 to $3,500. Additionally, the bill provides tuition-free commercial vehicle driving programs for veterans.
