Additionally, companies may not provide personal contact information of employees to a labor union without the employees' consent. Companies also may not require subcontractors to violate either of the requirements. If a company violates these provisions, any economic development incentives must be repaid. This bill includes multiple provisions which improve the ability of individuals with previous convictions to obtain an occupational license. For example, the bill removes references to "crime involving moral turpitude" for purposes of denying a license and requires a licensing board to justify "by clear and convincing evidence that a conviction supports an adverse licensing decision."
