Enriching "Destination Marketing Organizations" by Channeling Millions of Taxpayer Funds to Select Companies Favored by Government for Wasteful Tourism Marketing.

This bill establishes a process to remove appointed state officers for "willful neglect." This includes officers who fail to respond to a subpoena, fail to comply with a court-order or state agreement for the repayment of misspent funds, and fail to attend three consecutive meetings of a board or commission without justification.
