The bill also establishes a "Special Commission on Data Center Energy Planning" to evaluate and provide recommendations related to data center energy usage. Support is the Limited Government Position as, while this tax cronyism should be repealed entirely, this bill is a step in the right direction. All state and local tax codes should be constructed in a broadly applied manner with the lowest rates possible for everyone.
