Combatting Human Trafficking by Subjecting Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to Criminal Liability.

This bill expands the state's law protecting firearms manufactured and kept within the state from federal regulation to also include the modification of firearms. Support is the Limited Government Position as James Madison and our nation's other founding fathers understood that the right to keep and bear arms is a crucial individual liberty and protects the citizenry against a tyrannical government.
